Running schedule woes.
tbeseda: fortunately for you, we’re springing forward this weekend (Sunday) so you can have more time after work to run. Other than that, my alarm is set for 6:30amto go for the run and be into the office by 9. That’s just how it is. My schedule, however, is dependent upon the homework and projects I must finish the night before. My dad (who does 40 miles/wk or more) wakes up at 4 every morning to go running. But he’s nuts. So, yeah, if running’s that much to you, then the sacrifice must occur. Cheers.

My schedule isn’t conducive to my new running habit. I’d like to get out there more, for longer runs. I don’t expect more than 20 miles a week (I doubt the 40 mile weeks from high school are achievable), but I’m hard pressed to find 30 minutes of daylight at either end of my work day. Next week I may try the morning workout before the nine-to-five; I’d waste less daylight sleeping.
How do you manage a workout schedule during the week?
